WEDNESDAY, APRIL 23 2008 Between 80 and 100 trees will be planted at Aldrin Elementary School with help from Fairfax ReLeaf on Saturday, April 26, beginning at 9 a.m. Parents and students will dig holes and plant the trees in two areas of the Aldrin campus.
Among the goals are to add to tree cover on campus, reduce the need for mowing, supply
erosion control, and encourage the Aldrin community to understand how individual and collective actions can positively affect the local environment.
